Busbud does not operate transportation services directly. All travel services are provided by independent operators, and your travel contract is formed between you and the selected operator.
You agree to use the platform for lawful purposes only. Any misuse, including fraudulent activity, unauthorised access, or interference with platform operations, is strictly prohibited.
Booking and Payments
When you make a booking through Busbud, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. Prices displayed include the ticket fare and applicable fees at the time of booking. Payments must be completed using approved payment methods such as credit cards, debit cards, bank transfers, or digital wallets.
Once payment is confirmed, you will receive an electronic ticket. It is your responsibility to review the booking details carefully and ensure all information is correct before travel.
Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellation and refund policies are determined by the transport operator and the ticket type selected. Some tickets may be non refundable or subject to change fees. Where available, Busbud may offer optional add ons that allow additional flexibility, including refunds closer to departure.
Refunds, when approved, are processed to the original payment method and may take several business days to appear, depending on your financial institution.
Travel Responsibility
Travellers are responsible for arriving at the correct departure location on time and complying with the operator’s rules, safety guidelines, and identification requirements. Busbud is not responsible for missed departures due to late arrival, incorrect station selection, or failure to follow operator instructions.
Delays, cancellations, or service changes are managed by the transport operator. While Busbud may share updates when available, it cannot guarantee service performance.
Limitation of Liability
Busbud is not liable for personal injury, loss, damage, or delays arising from travel services provided by third party operators. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Busbud’s liability is limited to the amount paid for the booking through the platform.
Changes to Terms
Busbud reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Users are encouraged to review this page periodically.
Governing Law
